Trick Tire Popping

HOW-TO
Blow up a balloon and tape it on a tire of your buddy's car. Tape it so that the balloon is wedged between the tire and the ground. This helps ensure it pops instead of coming off. When she backs out, the balloon should pop and give her a startle. Not the ultimate prank, but easy and playful.
Keep in mind how your target approaches her car. Balloons are bright and can be easy to spot. Tape to the tire she is least likely to see.

This prank worked pretty well. However, I tried it using a black balloon and some electrical tape.
