1. Cut circular hole in the bottom of a styrofoam cup the same circumfrance as your straw. Most cups have a nub on the bottom that is this exact size if you cut that out.
2. Push the straw up through the hole and leave the bottom of the straw flush with the bottom of the cup.
3. Rub a small amount of vaseline or something equivalent around the place where the straw and the bottom of the cup meet up. This will make a good seal.
4. Hold the straw straight up and down while you pour in soda or whatever beverage you choose.
5. Put the lid on being careful with the straw.
6. Hand the drink to your target. She'll move the straw after she tries and fails to drink anything. This will break the seal and start the leak.
