SUMMARY
While a co-worker with his/her own office is out on vacation, have a contractor put drywall over where the door used to be and then put something over the wall where the door used to be.

HOW-TO
Wait for a coworker (who has their own office) to leave for a couple weeks on vacation. During that time to completely mess with them, have their door frame taken out, the door taken out, and have someone put drywall where the door used to be, and then paint over it to make it look like there was never a door there to begin with. The more you can make it look like the rest of the wall, the better. For added effects, add a hanging painting, planters, wallpaper, etc to make it look like there was never an office there to begin with.
