Anyone you want to fuck with
HOW-TO
Press the print screen button
Launch your pain app
Paste the screen capture in to the paint app
Save the capture as a .BMP
Set the desktop to the .BMP you just saved
High light all the icons and move them off the screen or adjust local policy settings to hide the desktop icons
