This prank works best during spring or when lawn care season begins in your area.
1. Purchase catnip seed from a local gardening store.
2. Wait til night and spread the seed all over the lawn and landscaping areas of your target's home.
3. As catnip sprouts all neighborhood cats will be drawn to your target's lawn, and will freak out as they get high on their drug of choice.

I've also seen this one done with a huge bag of bird seed. Their front yard was covered in birds the next day.
