HOW-TO
I got this prank from the awesome Nextraker.
1. Open up your 6"x9" manilla envelope along the seems. Go carefully as ripping it will make the envelope look sketchy.
2. Take apart your party popper and pull out the noise make and string.
3. Tie a knot in the string of the noisemaker.
4. Staple the noisemaker to the 2"x5" piece of cardboard. Put the staple up against the noisemaking part of the noisemaker.
5. Staple the knot of the string to the 4"5" piece of cardboard.
6. Glue the smaller piece of cardboard into the bottom half of you envelope. The larger piece of cardboard will hang freely and will be in the top half of your envelope.
7. Glue the envelope back together. When your target opens the envelope, he'll pull on the cardboard to get it out of the envelope and trigger the popper.
