Anyone in the dorm that you don't share a room with, but can get access to his/her room.
HOW-TO
Purchase medium sized kiddie pool, one which will fit in the dorm room. Go to pet store to buy live goldfish. Find a rubber ducky and some water. Wait for the unlucky victims to be away and gain access to their room. If they get mad, pass them the fish net and tell them to figure it out for themselves.
