Ok, so for this prank you have to buy a special swimsuit that dissolves in water. It's sold on a German site, but it's gotten kinda popular on the Internet lately. There's a bikini version and a swim trunks version, but the guy's swim trunks look more like a speedo. So, it could be hard to con a friend into wearing them.
As amazing as a water-soluble bikini sounds, it's gonna take a lot of careful planning and social engineering to pull it off. You're basically convincing a girl to wear a swimsuit she didn't try on first and you can't let her wash before wearing. A lot is gonna have to be tailored to your specific target. I'm gonna list ideas that may work for pulling off the prank. Feel free to add to the list in the comments.
1. Get price tags from a real swimsuit and add them to the dissolving one.
2. Tell your target that you already washed it if they ask about that. This could be a bad lie though if you have price tags on it.
3. If you're pranking a girlfriend, make going to the beach a surprise part of a date and give her the bikini as a gift. (She might not be your girlfriend after the prank. You've been warned.)
4. If you have a pool, keep the water soluble bikini and the swimsuit as spares for friends who forget to bring swimwear to a party. A few drinks may help.
5. If you're trying to trick another guy, bring a girl he likes and tell him that she said she likes confident guys who do funny things, like wear absurdly tight swim trunks to make people laugh.
6. Or you could just make it the conditions for losing some bet.
